Pool Cleaning Technician

Blue Solutions Pools & Spas is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team as a full-time Pool Service Technician!

We are a locally owned pool service company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is interested in building a long-term position with our company.

Previous pool service experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate. Experience in landscaping, pest control, irrigation, HVAC, or general maintenance is a plus!

WHAT WE OFFER

• Starting pay of $20/hour.

• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend routes.

• Opportunity to learn pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment troubleshooting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an assigned weekly route of residential swimming pools.

• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools as needed.

• Test and balance pool water chemistry.

• Clean and maintain pool filters and equipment.

• Identify and report equipment issues or potential problems.

• Maintain accurate service records.

• Provide professional and dependable service to customers.

• Manage your assigned route independently while meeting company quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous pool maintenance experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

• Experience in landscaping, pest control, irrigation, HVAC, construction, or general maintenance is a plus.

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning equipment and troubleshooting.

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.

SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS

• Monday–Friday.

• Start time no later than 8:30 AM.

• Approximately 40 hours per week, depending on route completion and efficiency.

• Additional pools may be offered when available for technicians interested in additional hours.

• Company vehicles are picked up and returned daily. A company truck is provided after training.
