Swimming Pool Construction Superintendent

Overview
We are looking for a full time skilled & experienced Pool Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. This hands-on role involves managing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of pool construction projects from groundbreaking to final inspection
• Collaborate with customers to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet design specifications
• Ensure all work is compliant with building codes, safety regulations, and our high internal quality standards
• Resolve construction issues promptly and professionally

Qualificiations

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent and/or Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, & Google Sheets a plus
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years) & 21 years or older
