Swimming Pool Designer and Sales Consultant

Fountain Blue Pools is a full-service swimming pool company serving areas from Parkland, Florida to Port Saint Lucie. Providing services for warranties, repairs, and weekly service and we specialize in residential new construction and renovations, commercial new construction, and renovations.

Compensation is commission based with huge potential in this fantastic market!

You will meet with prospective clients at their homes, in our beautiful showroom or via a virtual appointment. Establish a rapport while determining what they desire for their pool/outdoor living environment. Once the appointment is complete You will effectively design the clients’ pool and backyard based on the details derived from your first meeting and by utilizing professional pool design software to bring their backyard to life.

You will complete a proposal based on the design and building/municipal requirements for swimming pools and follow up with your clients. You must be able to manage multiple projects and be an excellent problem solver in challenging situations.

Preferred:

• Experience in a pool design program
• Experience in sales
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have own car

• Write proposals, contracts, addendums, and work agreements as well as ensure that all required customer paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

• Visualize and conceptualize backyard living spaces
• Visualize and conceptualize backyard living spaces
• Ability to design and create in software design programs like Pool Studio.
• Must be very detail-oriented and have great follow-up skills.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
• Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Understands and communicates information regarding company products, and services to new and existing customers.
• Possesses and maintains thorough product knowledge.
• A great presence on social media and how it impacts a business as well as a designer
• Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
• Coordinate with your supervisor and the construction work on projects you’ve sold
• Juggle multiple projects in various stages of the pre-construction process while handling new leads
