Pool Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible pool maintenance supervisor to join our team. Must have 2 years verifiable pool maintenance experience. The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of mechanical knowledge, advanced knowledge of water chemistry, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires outdoor work with various pool maintenance tools.

Duties

• Supervise and perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to ensure cleanliness and proper water quality
• Conduct regular water testing and adjust chemical levels to maintain safe and balanced pool conditions
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and chlorinators; perform minor repairs as needed
• Use hand tools and power tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
• Document maintenance activities and communicate any issues or repairs needed to supervisors

Qualifications

• MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER, NO FELONY CONVICTIONS; CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE, MUST SPEAK ENGLISH.
• Ability to use technology to log pool maintenance and work order
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Basic communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
