West Shore Pools & Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Pool Designer / Sales Professional to join our growing team in South Tampa.

YOUR ROLE

You will work directly with homeowners to design and sell:

• Custom Swimming Pools
• Pool Renovations
• Pool Resurfacing Projects
• Outdoor Living Spaces
• Water Features
• Fire Features
• Pool Automation Systems
• Outdoor Kitchens
• Decking and Hardscape Improvements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-home consultations
• Meet with qualified leads
• Understand homeowner goals and budgets
• Create conceptual pool and outdoor living designs
• Present proposals and pricing
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Manage projects through contract execution
• Work closely with our construction team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred:

• Swimming pool sales experience
• Residential construction sales experience
• Landscape design sales experience
• Outdoor living sales experience

Must Have:

• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Self-motivated attitude
• Ability to build relationships and earn trust
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently

Experience with Pool Studios A MUST! We will pay for the PS License too!

COMPENSATION

• Commission-Based Position
• One of the highest commission structures in the industry
