POOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC

Pool Pros of the Keys is looking for an experienced pool repair technician to join our growing team in the Upper Florida Keys.

This is NOT a basic pool cleaning/technician position, however, if interested - please reach out. We’re looking for someone experienced with diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment who can work independently and take pride in clean, professional work.

Experience Required:
• Pumps, filters, heaters & automation systems
• Salt systems & pool electrical troubleshooting
• Equipment installations & plumbing repairs
• Demo work and plumbing re-routes
• Pulling/replacing pool lights
• Using a multimeter and reading power correctly
• Understanding pool hydraulics, flow, and circulation issues

Requirements:
• Must show up on time and be dependable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems properly
• Clean and professional
• Ability to communicate with customers respectfully
• Must be willing to work in the Florida Keys heat and conditions

Florida Keys locals preferred, but willing to consider someone relocating or commuting reliably.
