JOB DUTIES:

  • Staff and Subcontractor Management
     
    - Assign schedules, job prints, supplies, and equipment to staff members and subcontractors.
    - Align subcontractors and delegate specific responsibilities.
    - Evaluate Field Representatives and subcontractors through site visits.
    - Generate reports highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of field personnel.
    - Support employee development and track individual progress.
    - Supervise Field Representatives and subcontractors, responding to all on-call tasks and support needs.
    - Ensure all field rules and responsibilities are maintained and followed.
     
    Project Oversight and Quality Control
     
    - Communicate with responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and utilizes proper industry techniques.
    - Address any delays, emergencies, or problems that arise during projects.
    - Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and legal requirements.
    - Schedule and execute pre-construction, stage completion, and post-construction walkthrough meetings with clients.
     
    Communication and Documentation
     
    - Provide weekly project progress reports to clients.
    - Use scheduling software to update project timelines, track progress, and document milestones.
    - Respond to patron complaints and requests in a timely manner.
     
    Operations and Maintenance
     
    - Order all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
     
    - Schedule maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles while adhering to the care budget.
    - Maintain first aid kits and issue items as needed.
