Pool Repair Technician

LazyLadd Pools & Spas is a licensed, family-owned pool repair, leak detection, and renovation company serving Central Florida. We’re looking for an experienced Pool Repair Technician to join our team in a hands-on, collaborative role.

This position is ideal for someone with prior pool, plumbing, or construction experience who values structure, quality workmanship, and working as part of a small, professional team. All work is performed under our licensed contractor, with clear standards and processes in place to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

What this role includes

• Working alongside our licensed contractor on pool repairs, equipment installations, and renovation projects

• Performing plumbing repairs, diagnostics, and equipment setup

• Assisting with leak detection and renovation-related work

• Maintaining clean, safe, and professional jobsites

While this role is not independent at the start, there is opportunity for increased responsibility and autonomy over time as trust and alignment are established.
