Pool Repair Apprentice

LazyLadd Pools & Spas is a licensed, family-owned pool repair, leak detection, and renovation company serving Central Florida. We’re looking for a full-time Pool Repair Apprentice to work directly alongside our licensed contractor and learn the trade the right way.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build real skills over time. Training is provided, work is supervised, and growth is earned through reliability, craftsmanship, and consistency.

What this role looks like

• Assisting with pool repairs, equipment installs, and renovation projects

• Supporting plumbing, equipment setup, tile, coping, and finish prep

• Learning pool and spa leak detection procedures

• Helping with job setup, materials, and cleanup

• Maintaining clean, professional jobsites

This is a hands-on, supervised role. Independence comes later.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation (will provide a company vehicle after training period)

• Construction, plumbing, or mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required

• Full-time, hourly position

• Paid training

• 90-day trial period

• Pay increases tied to skill development

All work is performed under a licensed contractor. Quality and proper procedures are non-negotiable.
