CPO Certified Swimming Pool Technician

Position Starts January 26th or February 2nd 

$200 Experience Bonus ($100 in first paycheck & $100 after three months)!

CPO Certified with at least one year left on your certification? $300 Experience Bonus ($150 in first paycheck & $150 after three months)!

We’re looking for reliable and dedicated swimming pool cleaning technicians to join our team!

At Lake-Sumter Pools, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their pools are crystal clear and well-maintained.

You’ll play a key role in making sure every pool is safe, clean, and ready to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain pool water balance and add chemicals as needed
• Clean tiles, vacuum the pool, and skim the surface
• Empty skimmer baskets and clean or backwash filters
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment
• Keep accurate service records for Florida Health Department compliance (if applicable)
• Communicate with clients about pool needs and provide friendly customer service

Skills:

• 1+ year of experience with pool maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of pool water chemistry and cleaning techniques
• Troubleshoot and repair simple pool equipment issues
• Comfortable working independently or with a small team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly and approachable with a focus on customer satisfaction

Be able to life 25-50 pounds.

Must be at least 19 years old.

Clean driving record required. Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check and a background check.
