Pool Cleaner / Pool Service Technician

Richard’s Pool Service is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner / Pool Service Technician to service residential and commercial swimming pools. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and properly balanced pools while providing professional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain swimming pools on a scheduled route
• Skim debris, brush walls and tile, and vacuum pools
• Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed
• Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems) and report issues
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs as assigned
• Maintain accurate service logs via phone app and communicate issues to management
• Interact professionally with customers and address basic questions
• Keep company truck, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn pool chemistry and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pool service or maintenance experience
• Florida Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Mechanical or plumbing experience
