Requirements and Qualifications

• We need a professional, customer-focused swimming pool sales rep who is confident in their skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Pool Industry Expertise – Strong knowledge of new pool design and construction as well as existing pool renovations. Prior sales experience in the custom pool or home improvement industry (required)
• Great Communicator – You know how to explain residential swimming pool design and construction in a way that homeowners understand
• Problem-Solver – You enjoy assessing the environment and providing the best possible solutions
• Self-Motivated & Entrepreneurial – A positive, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license required

What You’ll Do

• Engage with new customers to understand their vision for their perfect pool
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with homeowners to guide them through the sales process
• Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Contribute to sales strategies by identifying trends and opportunities in the swimming pool market
• Provide five-star customer experiences that build trust and long-term relationships
