Qualifications

• Pool Repair Technician (2–5+ Years Experience Required)
• You have 2–5+ years of pool repair experience
• You have experience in major repairs and replacements
• You excel at customer communication
• You have strong plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• You understand pool automation installation, programming, and service
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to use pool industry software, email, and mobile technology
• Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• No criminal background
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
• Pool Repair : 2 years (Required)

You will take ownership in providing high-quality repair and customer service by:
• Installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing:
• Pool automation systems
• Variable speed pumps
• Heaters
• Filters
• Salt systems
• Lighting & pool electrical components
• Maintaining accurate job records and parts inventory using company software
• Communicating clearly with customers about repair options and estimates
• Providing technical guidance and monitoring repair quality
