This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics, accurate inventory control, and a safe working environment. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse staff, handle equipment operations, and maintain organized workflows for receiving, storage, and shipping. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operational activities.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of materials and equipment.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock, process orders, and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish.
Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse personnel.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse spaces.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Supervises warehouse staff within the Logistics & Operations Department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training employees, planning and assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required.
Forklift certification or hands-on experience — required.
Experience with inventory or warehouse management software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics management experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, forklifts, and moderate to loud noise levels.
Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions during loading or unloading operations.
