Pool Service Technician – Full or Part Time (Training Provided)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable Service Technician to maintain and care for residential pools. You’ll manage your own route, ensure pools are sparkling clean, and communicate with customers using our Skimmer app.
Experience is not required — we’ll train you!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and balance pools weekly or biweekly

• Test and adjust water chemistry

• Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, and other equipment

• Document visits using the Skimmer app (we reimburse for cell use)

• Drive safely and maintain company truck and tools

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

• Able to work outdoors year-round

• No criminal history

• Mechanically inclined or willing to learn

• Comfortable working independently

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, or maintenance a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $16–$20/hr based on skills and experience
