3D Visual Studio Designer – Luxury Pool & Outdoor Living Projects

The Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Visual Studio Designer to bring our clients’ dream backyards to life using Structure Studios / Pool Studio / VizTerra (or similar 3D design software).
You’ll collaborate directly with our owner and design team to:

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings of custom pools, decks, spas, outdoor kitchens, and landscapes.

• Interpret customer ideas, property surveys, and inspiration boards into stunning visual presentations.

• Adjust designs quickly based on client feedback and site constraints.

• Produce clear layout plans to guide construction and permitting.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Structure Studios (Pool Studio / VizTerra) or comparable 3D design platforms.

• Strong artistic eye for landscaping, lighting, textures, and outdoor architecture.

• Ability to work independently and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
