Location: Manatee County, FL (Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, etc.)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $3,000–$3500/month salary depending on experience

Position Overview

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining residential and rental property pools to the highest standards. You’ll manage a weekly service route, ensure water chemistry is properly balanced, and perform light equipment checks. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a professional team.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool cleaning (brushing, vacuuming, netting, basket emptying, etc.)

• Test and balance pool water chemistry using Department of Health standards

• Conduct routine inspections of pumps, filters, and other pool equipment

• Communicate with clients professionally when questions or issues arise

• Maintain accurate service logs and photo reports through our route software

• Safely transport and handle pool chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

• Prior pool service experience preferred but not required (training provided)

• Strong work ethic and reliability – able to work independently on assigned routes

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Professional, respectful, and customer-service oriented attitude
