    • Under Yard and Under Deck Plumbing Repairs
    • Resurfacing Demo and Process Knowledge

Planning
Effectively coordinate with both the office staff and field technicians to ensure jobs are scheduled, prepared, and supplied in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. 

Communication
Lead weekly meetings with the Repair Team and actively participate in meetings with the Leak Detection Manager, Sales Manager, and Operations Manager. Ensure the Repair Team is aligned with the rest of the organization.

Decision-Making & Critical Thinking
Assess and qualify incoming jobs to ensure the team has the manpower and expertise to complete them successfully. When issues arise—such as unexpected technical challenges or a team member calling out—develop solutions and coordinate with all necessary parties (internal and external) to resolve the problem quickly and effectively.

Training & Development
Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new repair technicians. Provide ongoing training and quality control for the entire Repair Team, including van fleet maintenance, equipment checks, punctuality, job site performance, and growth plans for the Repair Team. Strong administrative skills are essential.

Delegation
Understand the individual strengths and weaknesses of each technician to assign the right tasks to the right people. This ensures projects are completed efficiently and the team continues to grow and succeed.

Physical requirements include the following:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 100 pounds
  • Average or better hearing and eyesight
  • Ability to swim
  • Comfortable working in tight areas
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida’s hot, humid summers and cold winters.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and be approved to drive company vehicles.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $65k+ (commensurate with experience)
