Compensation:
$100,000–$150,000+ total annual earning potential (base salary + uncapped commissions)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager (Remote – Based in Florida) to grow sales, expand market share, and build long-term customer relationships in our Southeastern market (FL, GA, SC, NC). You’ll manage an assigned territory, calling on swimming pool builders, plaster applicators, distributors, and service companies while representing our top-quality pool finish products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business in the pool finish and plaster industry.
  • Grow and support existing accounts with on-site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to drive brand awareness.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain a strong pipeline using our CRM.
  • Partner with inside sales and leadership to deliver excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of territory/B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, or swimming pool industry preferred).
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Infor) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strong at building relationships.
  • Comfortable traveling 50–60% of the time (local and overnight).
