We’re growing and seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, design, and project management efforts.

Position Overview:
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and the President, and works closely with the sales team, procurement, and management. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling, marketing, customer engagement, and supporting the day-to-day sales and project workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and tech-savvy instincts who is eager to grow into a larger role within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the President and VP of Sales
  • Schedule sales appointments and manage the calendar for the sales team
  • Pre-qualify leads and assist in the intake process
  • Support with basic pool design and concept generation (training provided)
  • Manage company social media accounts and assist with marketing content
  • Assist in daily sales and marketing administrative tasks
  • Help prepare documents using PandaDocs, Canva, Google Sheets, and other tools
  • Provide support with basic project management tasks and status updates
  • Coordinate between sales, procurement, and leadership to maintain workflow
  • Assist with creation and tracking of reports and marketing analytics

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, and PandaDocs preferred
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Basic design experience a plus, but not required
  • Experience in sales support, marketing, or project coordination is a bonus
