Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Casselberry, FL (On-site)
Compensation: $32,000 – $40,000 annually (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

We’re growing and seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, design, and project management efforts.
Position Overview:
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and the President, and works closely with the sales team, procurement, and management. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling, marketing, customer engagement, and supporting the day-to-day sales and project workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and tech-savvy instincts who is eager to grow into a larger role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the President and VP of Sales
- Schedule sales appointments and manage the calendar for the sales team
- Pre-qualify leads and assist in the intake process
- Support with basic pool design and concept generation (training provided)
- Manage company social media accounts and assist with marketing content
- Assist in daily sales and marketing administrative tasks
- Help prepare documents using PandaDocs, Canva, Google Sheets, and other tools
- Provide support with basic project management tasks and status updates
- Coordinate between sales, procurement, and leadership to maintain workflow
- Assist with creation and tracking of reports and marketing analytics
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, and PandaDocs preferred
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic design experience a plus, but not required
- Experience in sales support, marketing, or project coordination is a bonus
