We are currently looking for a full-time Pool Designer to join our growing team and help homeowners bring their backyard dreams to life.

Position Overview:
As a Pool Designer, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the pool design and sales process—from initial consultation and material selection to project finalization. With a base weekly pay, uncapped commission, and full benefits, this is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, design, and customer care.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to qualified sales leads throughout Central Florida

• Meet with prospective customers in-home or in our showroom to understand their vision

• Assist clients in selecting pool features, materials, and finishes

• Use PoolStudio and related tools to develop custom pool designs

• Prepare turn-in packets and sold project documents for construction review

• Maintain strong client relationships and support them through the process

• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and design innovations

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust quickly

• Familiarity with the pool industry, construction plans, or PoolStudio (a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a self-driven attitude

• Reliable transportation for local travel

• Willingness to work some evenings/weekends as needed for client appointments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Base Pay: $600/week

• Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on sales performance
