Sales and Design Consultant

Job Title: Pool Designer (1099 / Commission-Based)

We're currently looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused Pool Designer to join our growing sales team.

Position Overview:
As a Pool Designer, you’ll be the face of our brand—meeting with prospective clients, understanding their vision, and designing dream backyards. You’ll guide customers through every step of the process, from initial consultation and design to materials selection and sale finalization. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales instincts, a flair for design, and a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Qualify and run sales leads throughout the Central Florida area

• Conduct in-home and showroom-based consultations to present pool design options

• Assist clients with material and color selections in our showroom

• Prepare and submit completed project packets for construction review

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the design and sales process

• Stay current on industry trends, design software, and product offerings

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to team success

What You'll Need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven sales and customer service experience

• Working knowledge of pool construction and design (PoolStudio experience is a plus)

• Ability to read construction documents or blueprints

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable transportation for local travel

• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
