Post Construction Supervisor

Pay: Salary $70,000.00 + depending on experience.  Monthly bonuses upon completion of 90 days probationary period.

Hours:  7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday.  Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Paid One hour lunch per day.

Seeking Individual with ability to manage projects upon construction completion through punch-out & finalization of project.  Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Strong ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex issues that may arise during the final stages of a project.  Key responsibilities include overseeing punch lists, coordinating final inspections of work completed, managing service and/or warranty work, helping with equipment automation and customer communications. 

Responsibilities:

Final Project Completion:

Oversee the completion of punch lists, ensuring all outstanding items are addressed and resolved to the client's satisfaction.  Setup up Pool Automation for homeowners.   Ability to complete task items as needed and/or direct employees or trade partners to complete tasks.  Help with final walk through with customer, when necessary.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

Conduct final inspections to verify that all work meets contract specifications, building codes, and quality standards.  Collaborate with the Service and Warranty Coordinator to schedule & communicate with the client during the post-construction phase, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth handover. Enforce all safety protocols and regulations during the final stages of the project, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Service & Warranty

Knowledge of Hayward Pool Equipment

Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues with customers

Knowledge of Pool Chemistry

Knowledge of Pool Materials used in construction

Knowledge of pool construction process

Knowledge of Plumbing and hydraulics

Scheduling of Service items via Service & Warranty Coordinator

Repairing or completing service items as you are able.

Management and oversight of Service Techs

Organizational skills & high proficiency in using computer systems and applications to manage projects until all items have been closed.

Post-Construction Meetings:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members with the intention of resolving issues.   Facilitate and participate in post-construction meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project closeout and warranty procedures.
