Swimming Pool Repair Technician (5+ Years Experience Required)
Location: Based in Central Florida
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (with occasional 5th day or Saturday, if needed)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $60,000/yr, paid hourly (Based on Experience)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in swimming pool equipment repair and diagnostics
• In-depth knowledge of new and old equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc.)
• Strong understanding of pool chemistry
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Must be able to work independently
• Clean driving record (background check required)

Duties (Experience with ALL is Required)

• Diagnosing in-ground pool/spa systems
• Installing/replacing pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing
• Heater and heat pump installation and troubleshooting
• Salt chlorination system repair and diagnostics
• Automation systems (install and troubleshoot)
• Drain & cleans, acid washes, and post-renovation start-ups
• Installation and diagnostics of LED, incandescent, and nicheless lighting
• Basic leak detection (dye testing)
