Position: Pool Construction Builders (Steel or Plumbing)

Term: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $30.00 per hour based on qualifications, Quarterly Bonus and Overtime eligible.

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced full-time Pool Construction Builders with a strong working background in Steel or Plumbing. Candidates for this on-site field role must work well as part of a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in steel forming and installation or pool plumbing layout and assembly
• Read and interpret construction and plumbing plans
• Follow safety protocols and job-specific instructions
• Support crew leaders and team members in daily site operations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience in commercial pool construction preferred
• Ability to read and interpret building plans
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• A valid driver’s license is required, with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
