Working Superintendent

The Working Field Superintendent is a hands-on leader responsible for both supervising and actively participating in the construction process.  THis role requires a skilled professional who can oversee projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality while also performing fieldwork as needed.  THe ideal candidate has experience in pool construction or similar field, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
