**Swimming Pool Renovation Team Member – Entry Level**

 

**Location:** Tallahassee, FL 

**Position Type:** Full Time 

**Compensation:** Hourly Pay (based on experience)

**Position Overview:** 

This is an entry-level position assisting our Crew Lead with daily pool renovation tasks. You’ll be hands-on helping bring older pools back to life, learning valuable trade skills along the way.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in installing vinyl pool liners

- Help with re-surfacing and refinishing concrete swimming pools

- Perform miscellaneous small pool repairs and maintenance work

- Load/unload materials and set up job sites each day

- Follow instructions from Crew Lead and Renovation Manager

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

 

**Requirements:**

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all seasons

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Previous construction or pool experience is a plus, but not required
