Pool Cleaning Technician

**Job Title:** Pool Cleaning Technician

**Salary:** 300-600/week

**Job Summary:**  
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of residential and/or commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and functioning properly.

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and vacuum pools, including skimming debris and brushing surfaces  
- Test and balance pool chemicals (chlorine, pH levels, etc.)  
- Inspect pool equipment and perform basic repairs or report issues  
- Maintain accurate service records for each customer  
- Interact professionally with clients and address basic customer questions  
- Follow all safety and company protocols while on the job

**Requirements:**
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record  
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (or company vehicle provided)  
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently  
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment, bend, kneel, and be outside for extended periods  
- Basic understanding of pool chemistry and equipment a plus (willing to train the right person)  
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills  
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field  
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification (not required, but a plus)
